Food was delicious as always! The service is always impeccable but the issue arose with the atmosphere. The older lady helping out a man at the register with a big order seemed stressed out of her mind and the gentleman attempting to help her kept getting brushed off. The gentleman helping her left out the back door shortly after attempting to help her, not sure if he was mad or if there was a shift change. Not only did they not even see our order and make it, but even after I left and came back for it, THIS was my Italian sub. 5 meats, ONE SLICE of each for $18.65 (before tax). Absolutely unacceptable.
This is definitely the nicest employees and cleanest jersey mikes I’ve been to!! Visited the other day and I was super satisfied. They were busy, but they got my food out quickly. I will definitely be back!
Stephanie, Kalie, and Renee are amazing. Love coming to the store when they are there. Not only do they make the food great but are so pleasant and always have a smile on their faces. Cheers to Ana amazing group at JM.
