I really love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but the staff here suck. The service I received today was embarrassing. I ordered 2 sandwiches and paid. I waited 15 minutes while they made another families 8 sandwiches. Which wouldn’t be an issue except this family is behind me, and then everybody after them had their order ready made. When I asked them what happened? They completely forgot about my order. It was literally a turkey and provolone sandwich and I didn’t get the hot honey. I was up charged for. Wonderful sandwiches and great staff!! If the Chipotle line next door is too long I'll go to Jersey Mike's.

I used to work at the Walmart across the street and would come here nearly every shift for my lunch break. It wasn't just the food that kept me returning it was mostly the workers, everyone who has taken my order or made my sub is so upbeat, euthanistic, and fun to talk to, it's clear they enjoy what they do and it shows in both the service and quality of food.
