Placed an order in the app for Father’s Day, arrived and it wasn’t ready (no bags in the pickup area). Spoke to the girl at the register who looked a few places and said someone must’ve grabbed it so they’d remake it. Fine, not really their fault. However, rather than bumping it to the front of the line, my remake order went to the back. I have never had a bad experience here online or in person. I prefer in person because I'm allergic to jalapenos. I would like to specifically shout out Sevenah who remembers my allergy and makes sure anyone who handles my food is safe.
