I drive out of my way past other Jersey Mikes to dine here. Always friendly and always fast fresh food. Appreciate you guys in a world that has lost the touch of customer service 🫡
I was very impressed by the conversation and service of the staff today! Noah was especially kind and informative. Delicious sub as well!
The GM is rude and disrespectful! When you cant greet people correctly you shouldn't work in fast food. The other reviews tell you how nasty this place is and how they mess your order up. I'd just shop at another store location to save your self the headache and time
When I walked in their GM said to me what do you want, not hello how can I help you, or a welcome in but when another customer approached the counter she said hello how can I help you? That is not customer service and she needs to be replaced immediately. Then she proceeded to follow me outside the building to have an argument about her service after I asked who her supervisor was.
