Posting this here since no one cares to respond to my Direct message. This happened on Saturday, June 28,2025 On Saturday around 3:15 PM, my daughter and I walked into your Covington location and the experience we had was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we entered, not a single employee greeted us—no “hello,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Food is consistent regardless of who is working. Customer service is inconsistent depending on who working at the moment. The great customer service creates amazing atmosphere. Everyone had a case of the Monday's today.
