This is an update to replace my last review. The district manager reached out to me and we had a great conversation. He made what was a bad experience into a great one. Went back last night and had a wonderful meal. A big shout out to Joe (district manager) and Tristan (store general manager) you both made a believer once again. THANK YOU!!!
Last 2 visits absolutely horrible!! Since being sold this location is horrible. Wrote to share the issues I had with last 2 visits and have gotten no reply whatsoever, totally ignored. Jersey Mike's used to offer great subs, most franchises have been sold and the quality and customer service have gone way down. They show just how little they care when there are issues with their products. They lost a longtime loyal customer but it shows that the new ownership doesn't care. Nearby Firehouse subs now gets all my business
Its nice to walk in seeing an excellent health rating! The staff were super amazing! The young girl named Isabella was so polite & friendly! I didn't catch her managers name but he was kind as well! The other young lady there who is training to be a shift lead .. my hat is off to you! Like I said in store I have never seen anyone be so enthusiastic about taking temps! You definitely seem to be at the correct store now! Good luck on your training you seem to have a great manager teaching you!
Food is consistent regardless of who is working. To get an "Excellent" food rating, makes me appreciate the employees that much more. Seeing the same employees is what makes me a repeat customer. The only complaint is that the roast beef sub should automatically come with mayo.
