I love my subs but what type of experience was this? There’s a guy making subs at 1:23pm June 2nd 2026 and he’s so dismissive and rude I wanted to add certain things to my sub and he’s been so bothered since me and my boyfriend walked in. Kid needs to find a new job if he hates this place so much. Waffle House is hiring and he has the perfect attitude for it! I just got home and my food was completely wrong like what is this supposed to be?

I ordered a #7 Turkey Provolone Mike’s Way, but when I opened up the sandwich, it was literally just turkey + provolone on a sub roll. No lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no oil + vinegar, nothing. Very disappointed. My wife ordered a #13 Original Italian Mike’s Way and she was also missing various ingredients.
Went in there on a couple of weeks ago with the wife and my god was the service immaculate. These 2 absolute gentlemen working the counter i believe named Chris and Gavin were just hands down the greatest people to ever craft a cheesesteak. They have brought joy and a shimmer of light in these troubled times and I am looking forward to meeting them again!
After I trauma dumped to one of the workers, they gave me a complimentary sub. Big respects and will be returning
