Arrived for pickup order 5pm we came at 5:08pm. Went to get sweet tea it was out so had to wait for new brew. Ordered for specific time as was in town for state softball tournament, so only familiar with places around hotel. No manager approached said sorry. Employee brewed, tasted to see if it was sweet, turned away from me and walked away—-no acknowledgement of my wait NOTHING. I’m in a service industry and I ALWAYS acknowledge my clients when there is ANY delay. Oh well!! Food is great service lacking.
I love Jersey Mike's and started eating there over subway because of the amount of meat they put on there sandwiches. But the last few times I have picked food up from the store the meat is getting less and less but the price is still going up. I don't mind paying more for a sandwich but make it worth it . Guess I will start going to Jimmy's
Definitely a regular here! ALL the employees are nice and professional. Quan and Emily in particular are awesome! My sandwich is always perfect. Very clean and organized too.
This was my first visit at Jersey Mike's. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and also the quality of the food. Definitely something that I will keep in my mind.
