I understand that restaurants get busy and backed up. Delays happen. That being said, they handed me my sandwich 45 minutes after the pickup time. On top of that, the orders were wrong which is unacceptable. Inside, the workers had no sense of urgency and acted like I didn't exist. It was like pulling teeth to get an update on my sandwich. Avoid this location.
My go to place when passing thru northbend
Super swamped with customers and the lady who id assume is the team leader(slicing meats and doing everything else) handle the storm like a pro! Super friendly while clearly dealing with the rush. Kept apologies for the wait even though they were blasting through the orders. April 9th 2026 between 5pm and 530pm give them a raise/bonus!! Edit to add, who i thought was team leader, my wife over heard another employee thank her for staying past her shift to help get through the rush.
