I came in on a particularly busy Sunday to pick up my online order, while my friends had called in theirs. Even though we all ordered at the same time, their sandwiches were ready first, and mine was further down the line. The associate kindly rushed my order so I could eat with my friends, which I really appreciated.
They have a whole grill and choose to cook each sandwich one at a time. Massive waste of time.
I understand that restaurants get busy and backed up. Delays happen. That being said, they handed me my sandwich 45 minutes after the pickup time. On top of that, the orders were wrong which is unacceptable. Inside, the workers had no sense of urgency and acted like I didn't exist. It was like pulling teeth to get an update on my sandwich. Avoid this location.
