Placed an order online and picked it up in-store. Staff was friendly and the order was ready on time and made correctly. The food was fresh and delicious — everyone I picked up for really enjoyed their subs. Great experience all around!
I always order the club sub in a bowl. For some reason, when you order “Mike’s Way”, this location does not add oil, vinegar and spices when you order a bowl. This is the SECOND time I’ve received my bowl without oil, vinegar and spices. I order on the app, so I’m not there to see them make it in-person. I don’t have this issue at any of the other nearby locations such as McKinney and Frisco. It’s just this one. For the love of all that is holy, don’t go half way on the bowls.
