Team here absolutely crushes it. Was blown away with the service and efficiency
Love the food, I get the #8 sub with turkey ham and bacon, I get it with extra meat, Lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and deli mustard it's awesome. The staff seemed overwhelmed, the service was slow, and when I went to sit down every table in the dining area was dirty. I usually carry wipes on me so I wiped down my own table but it was not the awesome experience I usually have.
Over the past 6 months this place has really gone downhill. There is dirt and grime and along the glass where they make your sandwich. Also along every window where you sit and eat. I saw an earwig run across the sandwich station when getting my sandwichmade. The worker picked it up with his gloves, changed gloves, and kept going. Didn't even clean or sanitize the surface.
