Updated 8/26 The service and food have improved since I wrote the original review. The cookies and brownies have been reformulated and are much improved. The staff training has improved and so has their hygiene. ********** Still love Jersey Mike's and I have always received excellent service at this location. Unfortunately, tonight was a miss. My wife's sandwich ended up with quite a few of the long hairs from our sandwich maker. Also, their chocolate chip cookies cannot get much thinner and still be called a cookie. The cho... read more
