Patrick was very nice
The second I opened the door the guy working came out from the back and yelled “NOOO!!” at me and said “We can’t help you here.” very rudely. It wasn’t until after I asked why not he said that they’re all out of bread. It’s 3pm on a Friday mind you. I understand that sometimes it gets busy and supplies run low, but the way he handled the situation and yelled at me in front of the entire restaurant was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Pat is seriously the best!! Jersey Mike’s is so lucky to have him. He was doing like a million things at once and still went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of perfectly. He was so nice and made me the BEST sandwich ever!! I really appreciate you, Pat!! Thank you!!
Came in with my boys, and pat and nick were there when I came. Made such an awesome sub. Really nice dudes who really care about Mike and what this company stands for. Will be back again with my boys.
