AWFUL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME First off, this specific store, Enfield CT, is sooooo slow. The operation is so inefficient it causes extremely long wait times for both in person and mobile orders. There is only one slicer to service the large amount of mobile orders, which makes the line of in person customers have to wait even longer. The staff move at a snail's pace all the time. They tell you to place an order online cause it's faster. But that is not the case. When you order online you are the LAST priority. Sitting waiting for my order while customers walk in order and then leave with their food before mine even gets made. Also don't order hot subs. Not sure why they offer them considering the employees HATE the grill. They wait till there's at least 4 hot sandwiches on order before they even start the grill. Be prepared to wait, and then wait some more, and then wait a little more.
They run out of items. Not a good value
Chicken bacon cheesesteak is super good, love how they do it.
A little mystified about the poor reviews, but I had a fantastic experience, getting a great sub with prompt and very friendly service, even though the place was busy.
