Quick stop place next to a Starbucks
Yesterday, 9/11/26 my grandma and I went there and she spilled an entire drink directly into her lap. We were horrified. One of the staff members rushed over with towels to help, made us laugh, made it feel like no big deal. I packed up our sandwiches because I figured it was game over for her but the staff made her so comfortable that she in fact stayed and finished her food which means a lot to me and my family. Thank you!!! Seriously!!
Workers had earbuds in and one worker was definitely high on something. Took way too long to get a simple number 3 and number 8. There was no manager from what I can see to give instructions or helping. Definitely not a professional environment. The dude wearing glasses on the slicer was the hardest and fastest worker there.
Every time I come here my order is never ready for pick up. I'm done with this place.
