Not sure what all the fuss is about, it's average.
I ordered online on a Saturday before I saw all the negative comments, but my experience was different. My sandwich was ready for pickup in under 15 minutes. When I went into the store there were a bunch of people on staff and they were all working hard. I got someone’s attention promptly. The sandwich was on the sloppy side but tasted good. Maybe they hired a bunch of kids home for the summer.
I come to this location at least once a week for their excellent grinders. The staff is wonderful, but there is no organization. I have also gone to the Longmeadow location. It is a totally different vibe and what I mean by that is when you go in their staff Are working efficiently the back slicer is used for takeout and the front slicer is used for the in-house service your business as well staffed and poorly managed and organize.
