the food is pretty good but the service was god awful. we ordered our food and it took forever to make and we ended up waiting 5 minutes after our food was ready because they wouldn’t check us out. Our friends didn’t have any problems as they didn’t have to wait a bit but these employees decided to look at our food and look at us and then proceed to put gloves on and make food, while another employee literally got food on the shift
Good Lord this place is a trainwreck. Other Jersey Mike's locations are well oiled machines, while these people can't seem to do anything right. One guy is slicing meat and making a backlog of 8 sandwiches while the toppings guy tries to run the register and do online orders. Like hey slicer guy, maybe do something toppings too and there wouldn't be a 40 minute wait. Smh And after all that both sandwiches we're totally wrong because they don't write anything down and try to keep all the orders in their heads for some unknown... read more
