I travel around Durham alot for work and stop in often when I am in the area-always friendly and great subs-nom nom!
I'm rarely disappointed at a Jersey Mike's and this was no exception. The people working were efficient and sweet. Tea was good. Dining area was clean.
The ham and provolone sandwich, with lettuce & mayo, the sandwich got good until I found a piece a hair in my sandwich. I’m never going to eat from Jersey Mikes ever again and I probably won’t eat anymore sub places anymore anyways, this is very disgusting and unsanitary, I really thought you guys had high sanitary ratings, but then again looks can be very deceiving. This is very traumatizing, and I also felt very nauseous, while eating the sandwich and after, I found the piece of hair in the sandwich.
I just want to thank the staff at this location for being amazing. They really run the place as a team and are super nice as well. Food is always great.
