i usually don’t write reviews, but i’m very disappointed. i placed a mobile order for 2 pm pick up and arrived at 2:20. the lady working would not let me walk up to the pick up station and asked what my name was, i told her and she proceeded to tell me it wasn’t ready yet. so i sat for almost 30 minutes, watching the 4+ people in there do nothing and there was only one other customer in the shop. after waiting that 30 minutes the same lady says “who are you picking up for?” and i tell her. she then brings me my bag of food. ... read more
My favorite sub place in town.
I want to express my sincere thanks to the employee working at the cash register on Sunday, October 5th. I had placed a fairly large order and didn’t realize a sandwich was missing. Just as I was about to drive away, I heard a knock on my windshield. I turned around—and there he was, holding the sandwich I had forgotten to collect. That small act of kindness truly made my day.
