Placed an order for 2 subs online. App gave me a time of 6:43pm that the order would be ready. I arrived at 6:45pm and checked in through the app to let them know I was here. I got the message that said, great, we are getting your order together and will be right out. A few minutes later, I see an employee come out and go to a vehicle, I guess whomever they were, must have told her it wasn't their order and she went back into the store.
