I was told they couldn't toast the bread because it is "so fresh" it will burn if they try to toast it, but they normally toast it when it isn't fresh. I came it at 8:45p and they close at 9p, so that sounded like a lie. Maybe someone needs to reach him how to use the griddle. My 2x cheese was charged at $2 PER SLICE. So this $25 regular length philly was my first and probably my last.
Huge disappointment after not going since 2024. White rolls used to be delicious Italian style bread. Now undercooked bland wonder bread texture. The turkey used to taste top tier, now rivalsboverly processed packaged mystery meat. Formerly a go to for outstanding sandwiches. Never going again. Better meat like Boar's Head from supermarket to be had for much less.
Their organization for to go orders is pathetic. Too long of a wait, please improve the system
