We came for first time since opened and Moises was so friendly made the best sandwich. Really helpful so awesome definitely be back awesome customer service thank you Moises!
We had quite the experience here during our weekend trip to Palm Springs. I go to Jersey Mikes all over San Diego but this visit was not what I was used to. The whole system going on between each worker at the stations (bread/meat, toppings, register) seemed to have no organization. As a result, they were taking too many sandwich orders at once (including an online one) and getting things confused. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Moses. I have been in customer service my entire adult life so I can recognize it from a mile away. Moses is a genuine example of how to treat people, and how to engage with positivity. If you ever read this Moses, you are genuinely appreciated, never change!
