Huge disappointment after not going since 2024. White rolls used to be delicious Italian style bread. Now undercooked bland wonder bread texture. The turkey used to taste top tier, now rivalsboverly processed packaged mystery meat. Formerly a go to for outstanding sandwiches. Never going again. Better meat like Boar's Head from supermarket to be had for much less.
Their organization for to go orders is pathetic. Too long of a wait, please improve the system
We've had mixed experiences at this place. We once witnessed a frustrated cook, throwing a metal spatula at the grill in anger. We really didn't have any idea what it was about. But we haven't seen him since. Mostly it seems well managed and consistent, the staff is polite, and I continue to go back for a good sub.
The rudest staff ever encountered. The two workers were too busy talking to each other. Didn't acknowledge I was there until about 5 min. Then they were extremely disengaged. When I went to pay, the worker never acknowledged my credit card went through, he just walked away. The food is not good enough to put up with such disrespect.
