I took my family out to eat after shopping in the plaza, around 12:40pm on 9/27. We ordered three subs and three drinks. When my daughter went to get her drink the ice came out the shoot with mold/mildew in the ice. She dumped it out/rinsed the cup out. Then filled it with lemonade and more mold/mildew came out of the soda fountain head and into her cup. I showed the gentleman who was at the front and he gave us 1 new cup. Terrible service, ordered a buy one get one and was charged $23.00 for a 6 inch sub. Don't buy from here.
Great subs and salads. Place is clean and staff is friendly.
