When the Kuna location first opened, and up until the last 2 years, the service was outstanding! In the last 2 years, I've had problems with my food, for example, the bacon came chopped into the bowl rather than strips like every other time in the past. When I called about it the girl was defensive and did not want to help make it right. More recently I ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich and it was different than the other times I had ordered it in the past, I couldn't eat it. I order from this location usually once a week. When I order too early, the bread is hard and appears old. When I order after 11, the sandwiches are always perfect. I use the app and the order has always been ready on time and exactly what I ordered.

Olives? Necessary food option for a "jersey style " sub shop, olives, provolone, mozzarella, fresh meat balls. Simple. Yeah? This place doesn't come close in any way whatever . It's an embarrassment to the sandwich community as a whole.
Great staff, delicious samiches!!!! The place eis really clean too!
