Thank you to the manager, Whisper turning my review around in the most delightful way! I'm from the age of customer service and it's a lost art, but Whisper proved otherwise today. I've always loved Jersey Mike's and I knew my issue was not the standard and I don't feel the need to go I to the details because I have I 100 percent believe that it won't happen to customers in the future.
