Really bad and rude experience. The person taking my order mixed it up with another customer’s and still managed to get it wrong. It messed up the line and annoyed the sandwich maker, who was short, rude, and didn’t even bother to apologize. On top of that, the produce looked old, and some of the meat and cheese had a strange smell. Super disappointing, terrible service and questionable food quality. Definitely won’t be back.
Ordered a catering order in the morning, it was ready and perfect at 1 for pick up!

The date is July 7th at 6:57pm I walked in on my lunch break of which I only have 30 minutes and I wanted to get a sub because I like Jersey Mikes good food but I never got my food. See I get there and these lazy workers and I don’t say it lightly ima call like I see it did not provide service. There was 3 workers you would think that would be enough to handle a Sunday afternoon but apparently the workers like to steal company time as they left one worker out on the line to provide service. Really no complaints. Service is always great by the staff. Sandwiches are always made fast and to order whether you’re ordering in person or picking up a mobile order. Bread is always fresh, toppings are plentiful, the sandwiches are always massive for the price and well worth it to fill you up
