Horrible service. I came in and four girls were working together but they were very distracted and got my order wrong. I had to remind the workers 3-4 times what to put in my sandwich and they got my boyfriend’s order completely wrong. They were just very distracted, talking to each other, and seemed inexperienced. Please don’t schedule those girls together again cuz I will not be coming into this one anymore.
Worst sandwich shop. All employees were super inattentive. No one could take clear directions. The boy ringing me up was very sweet and made me feel at home his name was Preston
Need to work on their customer service!
Service was really horrible. I asked for my sandwich the guy with a puffy hair taking forever talking about movies and waiting for my order for him to make and they’re just talking like they’re home instead of working kind of seems like they don’t care if they have the customer waiting Very sad. The guy was making someone’s order and pour oil all over having the sandwich very soaking up and then. Terrible service, I ordered online, I arrived 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, the employees were playing in the back of the store, when they saw me they asked what I wanted, I told them I was coming to pick up the order, the ticket of my order was on the counter and they never started to prepare it, they did not apologize, at that moment a customer came in and instead of preparing my order he began to attend to the customer who arrived after me, I told him that I was late due to a request to return the mo... read more
