By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was served by Marinette and Emi, and from the start they seemed like they did not want to be there. I went in around 7:30, and it was not busy at all not even with online orders. They were just standing around and, on top of that, were extremely unprofessional. Food was amazing but order wasn’t sliced as per my request
Tastes like crap now, bread is dry, ingredients all taste like generic Sysco, sandwich size is at least 20% smaller. Private equity bought them out and destroyed everything time to move on.
These kind two workers helped me change my tire once they got off of work!!
Walked in and nobody in line. Just stood there and at least 6 workers, nobody took our order for a while. They were busy joking around. Finally took our order and took longer than normal to get our food as we watch them be distracted and keep talking joking with each other. Not coming back to this location again. Seems like nobody is running this place and just let's these people and hang out and work if they feel like it.
