I placed an online order and when I arrived (at an empty store), I was a few minutes early. No big deal. However, 10 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready, I had already watched 3 online orders come and go, in addition to multiple walk in guests. When I asked what else my order was waiting on, I received "there was a mix up on your order so it's being remade." with a Gen-Z stare. My thoughts is, why wouldn't they make my order in front of all others to fix their mistake? Instead they put me at the back of the line.... read more
