They give you what they HAVE and not what you ordered! Ordered Ham and cheese on white Mikes way. I got ham on some cheesy grain bread with lettuce. They were “out of tomato, onion and white bread.” No comment, no call, nothing. FOURTH time this has happened. There’s a Publix next door go buy a tomato and onion. Horrible customer service!!
We’ve been loyal Jersey Mike’s customers for years and have always enjoyed their subs, but after today’s experience, I don’t think we’ll be back. I placed an online order for four subs, all customized, and not a single one was made correctly. The worst was the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, which was specifically ordered without cheese due to lactose intolerance. It still had cheese, and on top of that, it barely had any chicken. Ordered 2 sandwiches from Sebastian's Jersey Mike's Subs today. Am a BIG fan of Jersey Mike's but the Sebastian sandwich maker needs more training. The tuna sub had very little tuna, very little lettuce. The Club had very little cold cuts and also very little lettuce and a large glob of mayo.
