Fast friendly staff and of course great subs! My first choice when it comes to subs and deli sandwiches definitely a notch above the rest in terms of quality and quantity of ingredients. Mikes way is a waterfall of flavor and juices so be prepared!
Got rid of portabella mushrooms and then proceeded to tell me my sandwich would take 10-15 minutes when there was 2 people already sitting down with food in store..
I ordered a giant sub the other day and they messed my order up and the bread was stale
This staff is the friendliest JMs I have ever been too, and that's saying alot since they pride themselves in their franchise it seems. Super over the top genuine Midwest guys.
I came in today with the ick of the day getting me down and had a bit of a chip on my shoulder but the guys behind the counter not only put a smile on my face immediately but continued to be personable, top tier friendly and polite. Every single guy behind the counter interacted with me personally and put a bounce in my step walking out the door. 20/10 customer service
