Great spot for quick and yummy sandwiches. I always go Mike's way.
I love the hot and cold fresh sandwiches at this Jersey Mike’s. I get a large sandwich and get 2 meals out of it. The staff is so friendly and are able to answer any menu questions I have. Even though I live in San Marcos I always make it a point to stop at this location when I’m in New Braunfels.
I would strongly encourage management to investigate the attitudes and customer service being provided by employees at this location. During my recent visit, while placing an order, I felt I was met with unnecessary attitude because I was not ordering things “Mike’s way.” When I politely asked for additional items, I received pushback and felt like my request was an inconvenience rather than customer service being provided. Went in tonight, 35 minutes before close, the staff seemed upset. Ordered our food and asked for no Onions on my wife's sandwich.( She's allergic). They even had it written on our receipt. Well they put onions on it anyways, and so now my wife is currently having an allergic reaction where her throat and tongue swell, luckily it will pass, and isn't a fatal allergy. But I recommend the staff be very careful and listen and read what's on an order... Today's date is 5/18/2026
