Preordered a sandwich online 15 min before arrival. Upon arrival my order was missed and then they made me wait another 20 min for my sandwich instead of prioritizing my order ahead of those standing in line . Poor customer service
I walked in and walked out the smell was unbearable in there smelled like someone threw up and it was horribly cleaned up and that smell was mixing in with the smell of meat it was disgusting. I walked out and threw up.
Only allows bread on sandwiches in store. If you try to order online you can only get a bowl or a wrap..... not great
Service can be hit or miss. Usually there’s this taller girl with glasses that seems to close a lot and she’s very nice. But occasionally there’s this girl who always seems pissed during the middle of the day. She’s shorter, and rolls her eyes a lot. 4pm August 3rd, she just asked me for my name and she rolled her eyes at me when I answered.
The service was meh! The floors and empty tables were dirty. The lettuce was brown The tomatoes were mushy.
