I have been a loyal customer at this location for years, but my recent experience was both disappointing and dangerous. Despite my severe allergies, an item was included in my order that made me ill. Additionally, a second sandwich was not made to order. The staff spent the entire time chatting and joking around instead of focusing on the food. This place used to be run excellently by a previous lead person, but the current team seems to lack any sense of professionalism or concern for customer safety.
