They got my order wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich. After politely asking for a refund, the lady working slammed the correct sandwich on the counter in front of me very rudely. I’m assuming she was one of the managers on shift. I won’t be coming back to this Jersey Subs! I’ll stick to the one in Fairmont!
Yesenia and her team members were patient with a first time guest and very welcoming this past weekend. Dined inside and noticed how clean the restaurant was back behind the counters and in the dining area. Will visit again!
Management really came through for me!
