I recently took a visit to Jersey Mike's and was thoroughly impressed! The subs are made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I loved the classic Italian sub; the flavors were vibrant, and the bread was perfectly toasted. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying sandwich! The cookies are great as well. Fantastic.
Difficult review to write. I love Jersey Mike’s. For some reason, this particular location is an unpredictable risk. While there are 2 or 3 great workers, the general crew doesn’t seem to adapt well to Jersey Mike’s assembly line process. And God forbid you mention your bread was a little crunchy last time, or comment on the giant mound of mayonnaise being applied to your $13 sandwich. I have been going out to lunch 4-days a week for the past few years. After trying many different fast food restaurants, I have found Jersey Mike's to be the best. I have gone exclusively to them for the last year. There are several locations in Tucson that I have gone to, however, the Thornydale location is the most friendly, as well as the cleanest. Absolutely ridiculous service and priority. I made an in app order, said to be ready by 1:57PM. I watched the employee start my sandwich later than that which I understand, they're busy, but then they left it half way conpleted and open on the counter to tend to other people who walked in. A second employee finished my sandwich and I received it 15 minutes later than expected.
Ordered online, never got it. Doordashers probably stole it but I never got anything. Very annoying.
