My friends son went to make an order after ordering he went to pay and tried to redeem his points and the GM there told him he's not allowed to use his points there and refused him service.
I used to LOVE this place, but prices keep going up AND... the sliced meats and cheese are so thin now, you can READ through them!
I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and the meat wasn't cooked all the way, the bun was soaked, couldn't eat any of it.
