Love their subs.
I ordered online before my lunch break so they would have plenty of time to make my order. When I walk in 20 minutes after ordering the guy working was on his phone texting or playing games. I showed the guy my order and he said they haven’t started it yet. I gave them plenty of time to do it and there was not anyone in the store at the time. Maybe if employees weren’t standing on their phone things would get done in time.
Horrible customer service I was outside waiting 20 minutes after 10am and they never opened the door. I had to leave
This is my go location in town for happy service and friendly team members. Come in to say to them!Cl The servers even let me know I had shore points for a free sub. I hadn't realized it and it was a huge bonus!
