Great subs. Fresh ingredients and they make it how you want it.
Went to Jersey Mike's in Pigeon Forge TN. ordered a Big Kahuna. They stated the person that works the is unavailable prepping lettuce and tomatoes. So we ordered a cold sub. The person that came in about 5 minutes after us ordered something. I got up to refill my drink and there was someone cooking on the grill. I could have understood if the trys on the line wre empty, but both lettuce and tomatoes were full. Just feel that is bad customer service.
Decided to clean grill over half an hour before close and refused to make hot sandwiches then aswell
The team looked stressed but was really trying their best. Still friendly and working hard and sandwich was great.
Always a solid choice in the fast food sub genre.
