Please coach your employees on customer service. I’d never tried Jersey Mike’s and visited for the first time today, to get sandwiches for me and my daughter. When I walked in, I saw a big pan of bacon that looked soooo good lol and chose the BLT 🤤 I noticed the employee didn’t put any cheese on the sandwich, just bread and bacon, so I asked what kind of cheeses they had. Terrible management por parte de George, siempre predispuesto y tratando mal al personal y a los drivers de delivery, han tenido buenos managers y dejaron al peor de todos. Agresivo y grosero, he visto tratar con desprecio a varios drivers, como alguien así puede tener la posición de manager? Terrible.
