I’ve been ordering here for well over a year and have always called them to let them know to add mayonnaise and make the meat well done over the phone because door dash doesn’t allow the option. I called today and the person who answered the phone didn’t want to take the request. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here but after this they don’t have to worry about it! I typically don’t have issues with this place, but today was a completely different story. I placed an online order for delivery because the estimated delivery time was before I got off work. The first dasher was kind enough to text me and let me know the place was packed and it might take a while. I told them not to worry about it and that I would cancel the order since the delivery would end up being later and I would already be gone. This Jersey Mikes was clean, fast, friendly service, good atmosphere, and fresh food. The portions were on point and the cashier was proffesional as well as informative. I would come here again!
Shut down at least 20 min prior to closing time. Turned away 3 sets of paying customers because they wanted to close early on a Sunday night. Sure, everyone would love the pleasure of getting off work early. Unfortunately, the stated working hours are what they are. Employee work ethic leaves something to be desired. If there were some sort of critical shortage, that should be communicated, rther than an employee crossing her arms in an X 🙅🏼♀️as I walked toward the door.
Great restaurant, respectful employees and great customer service. Updated- last couple of times, my order has been messed up but 2 thing that confuses me is how does one forget the bacon on a steak bacon ranch and how is fresh bread flaky??? Shouldn't the bread go on the grill?
