Went to the Suffolk location on Main Street and the customer service was not good at all the employees did not greet or acknowledge that I was there to pick up my online order even after I tried to get their attention they did not acknowledge me. But the people that came in as I was standing at the counter was greeted and everything. One of the customers that came in after me got his order before me even though my order was already made and on the back counter. But his was not.
