I ordered carry out at dinner time on a weeknight. The hot sandwiches are good, but the bread was slightly stale. The staff made them quickly while I waited. The bathroom was terrible. The men's room toilet was out of order, and the woman had no paper towels or toilet paper. Nether smelled very nice, and for a sandwich shop, it's nice to be able to wash your hands...
Jersey Mike’s lists their closing time as 9:00 PM, but I arrived around 8:40 PM and was told they were already closing. For people who work night shift, that timing really matters—especially when you’re rushing over after work and dealing with all the construction on Redstone. It’s frustrating to plan around a posted closing time and not be able to be served when there’s still time left. Consistency with hours would really help customers who rely on later service.”
