I’ve been a loyal Jersey Mike’s fan for years across multiple states, but the Naples location has completely gone downhill. Out of my last 10 cheesesteak orders, 8 have had major issues. I consistently order 20–30 minutes in advance, yet the food is never ready when I arrive—half the time they haven't even started it. My last visit was the final straw. We have loved going here, but got home when one of our subs was missing all of the toppings (just meat with cheese). not the end of the world, but we didn’t have time to go back to the store for a replacement and asked for a refund. When the manager called back hours later, the manager implied that they didn’t not believe our order was wrong. It was a super odd interaction. So just make sure your sandwich is correct before leaving if you don’t want to be ?called a liar? Idk. More odd than anything.
