Service was fine. Servers were polite. Customers were rude. My first time in and will never visit again. Music sucked. Was too loud. The sandwich was so blah. I asked for tomatoes and onion but was so finely sliced I could not taste them.
Subs are good (bread is sometimes overcooked/hard) but gosh I wish they'd make the sandwiches ahead for online orders! 90% of the time I walk in and *then* they start to make them (when it's not even busy). It's order ahead for a reason - I get they're a sandwich shop and don't want it to get soggy, but if I'm late to pickup that's on me! Staff is super nice though, you can tell they're trying hard just maybe optimizing for the wrong things.
