Went in and really wanted a Philly. I’m 3 months pregnant and cannot have cold meats. I worked late today and got home at 8:30. I went to the store at 8:45pm. The restaurant was already cleaned and broken down. The lady told me I could only have cold cuts because the grill was off. Why was the grill off before closing time? Why are they not accommodating to their hours listed??? I work in the service industry as well and we turn no customers down and will make what they order up until closing time! Service was fine. Servers were polite. Customers were rude. My first time in and will never visit again. Music sucked. Was too loud. The sandwich was so blah. I asked for tomatoes and onion but was so finely sliced I could not taste them.
