Grubhub messed up big time with the delivery timing. It was supposed to be delivered at 11:00 and they changed it to 2:00. I called Jersey Mike’s directly and they confirmed food was ready and sitting on the pick up rack. When I explained that I am at work and the food was for my son who doesn’t drive yet, Alexis, went above and beyond to make it right and have the food delivered.
