NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I Was in the moon twp pa location tonight around 7 pm. I saw 4 employees working with several people in front of me waiting for their food. I ordered a #17 with peppers and onions. As I was waiting for my order. There were 2 girls eating and interacting with a worker I believed to be named Jeff. Laughing and carrying on. The worst customer service , they just prepared my sandwich… the employees never asked if I wanted it for here or to go…. Either if I wanted lettuce and some delicious bacon…. Also they didn’t even packed my lunch. That’s why we pay them right ? To prepare and pack their lunch….. honestly the employees here were super lost didn’t knew how to serve…. I’m really sorry but it was terrible ! Soo I’m eating my lunch with the poorest quality and importance…. Like is not their lunch is mine …
I love Jersey Mikes but this location has ruined it for me. Unfriendly staff, very slow service. Not worth going here anymore
Always a good experience when I come! Great customer service and honestly my favorite Jersey Mikes!!! My sub is always on point
