I ordered reg tuna hero. There was very small amount left in container in freezer are so I asked for fresh tuna and not to use what was left in case. All she did was add the old tuna onto the top of new tuna then when he made my sandwich he stirred it all together. Nor very good.

Air conditioning has been broken for weeks employees and guests sweating waiting in line to order it’s too hot for this and uncomfortable

It’s sad to say I didn’t have a GREAT or GOOD Experience at these location. And I’m a huge lover of jersey mikes, the workers at these location are the WORSE I have ever encountered. I was NOT greeted I was IGNORED for about 6min and I can hear them talking about who will decide to take care of me. It was HORRIBLE AND THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED these happened Sat July 25th 10:30am

I went on July 9th to get a Chipotle cheesesteak and patiently waited on line. There was one female who looked miserable from the start. When the sandwich was made, I told her that wasn't the bread I wanted. She gruffly said to her coworker to change the bread like I was an inconvenience to her. I told her that she didn't ask me which bread I wanted. She proceeded to yell and tell me she won't serve me.
