This is the second time that I’ve requested dressing be put on the side to add to the sandwich later and the second time I received my sandwich with dressing on both. This time I requested no onions and my sandwich had onions on it.
Tonight was my first time coming to this Jersey Mike's and I have to say, I was VERY impressed by the staff here!! It was three women and they were like a well-oiled machine!! They each handled their position and got my order out wonderfully! They didn't have other customers waiting long at all either.. not only did they make my order superb but they did it record time!!!
I ordered from here delivery through doordash and the driver never showed. I called and the manager at this location helped me with a refund, I went in person to get order again and the manager took care of us. Very kind and great customer service Food is great!
