This restaurant completely ruined my whole day because they refused to put a little more lettuce on my sandwich! I found the employees to be rude and disrespectful and will never be going back to this branch!
I ordered the veggie today at this location. Asked for extra lettuce and both employees said it’s store policy that they can only give a portion of lettuce. They were extremely rude when I offered to pay extra for it and said “things change” I have never had this experience before at any jersey mikes before. Picked up an online order today, but the experience of the pickup was not so great. I walked in to not be greeted with a friendly hello, but instead a sense of being an inconvenience to the lone employee behind the counter, who rolled their eyes at me simply walking in the door before a word was said.
