The big Kahuna is my favorite sandwich in SD. Everything is delicious though, and the customer service is superlative!
We went to Jersey Mike's on Avenida Encinas the Tuesday before Thanksgivng. We walked in at noon and there was not a soul in there. We had been once before and were unimpressed, but decided to try again as there aren't many choices there. This restaurant completely ruined my whole day because they refused to put a little more lettuce on my sandwich! I found the employees to be rude and disrespectful and will never be going back to this branch!
I ordered the veggie today at this location. Asked for extra lettuce and both employees said it’s store policy that they can only give a portion of lettuce. They were extremely rude when I offered to pay extra for it and said “things change” I have never had this experience before at any jersey mikes before.
