We went to Jersey Mike's on Avenida Encinas the Tuesday before Thanksgivng. We walked in at noon and there was not a soul in there. We had been once before and were unimpressed, but decided to try again as there aren't many choices there. As I said, not a soul there, but the guy at the counter was running around like there was a line out the door. This restaurant completely ruined my whole day because they refused to put a little more lettuce on my sandwich! I found the employees to be rude and disrespectful and will never be going back to this branch!
I ordered the veggie today at this location. Asked for extra lettuce and both employees said it’s store policy that they can only give a portion of lettuce. They were extremely rude when I offered to pay extra for it and said “things change” I have never had this experience before at any jersey mikes before. It says online that jersey mikes offers free toppings and however much you’d likes I will be contacting corporate.
