I always stop at Jersey Mike's when I go thru Albuquerque NM!! Love my Philly with jalapeos!!
I used to eat here often because I work near the San Mateo location. I have since quit eating there. The man with dark hair, in his early 30’s, that serves the food smells horrific. It’s impossible to want to eat after being served by him. Can this be addressed please?
I went through drive through on Sunday and took 20min to get my two sandwiches and I was the only one there. Then I got home and my club sandwich had like a whole bottle of mayo put into it. I had to scoop all the toppings and mayo off so I could eat it without being overwhelmed by the mayo. I had ordered food from this location in the past and it was good but these people that are working there now are definitely not caring about the service they provide. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
After trying to get a sandwich from Holly store I left after 10 min - 6 employees in and only ONE making sandwiches- after waiting behind 5 people in line - where is the manager? Went to store on San Mateo - what a difference!!!!This store is the best!!!! Everyone said hi and were VERY accommodating! Service and food the best!!
