Manager Lucy made things right after an issue. Above and beyond
Stopping at Jersey Mike’s in Encinitas is a must! Always a great experience. Alvaro is super friendly and always provides excellent service. The sandwiches are fresh and very tasty, and the staff is cool and welcoming. Definitely recommend this spot!
Wildly understaffed for how busy they are. Sat for 20 minutes to get my sandwich I called in to pre order. Like what’s the point! Too many good sandwiches around to waste my time in this parking lot let alone and in what is clearly a cheap skate franchisee who can’t staff his shops. I heard private equity bought up Jersey Mikes. Looks like the begging of the end of what was once the chain that took down Subway.
Food has always been pretty good and the service has always been consistently friendly and easy to talk to . The staff is always getting things done and or keeping the the location clean, from the grill to the front windows . I have been here several times pop in and out randomly and they always are clean cut and ready to help out in anyway possible.
