They do NOT listen. Multiple times I've replied NO to Mike's way....because I want the red stuff....and they never put it on my Hot sub. I have to do it at home. :( I KNOW it's not Subway....but the New York guy is ruder than he needs to be.

Didn't realize Jersey Mike's wasn't open on Easter and I placed my order online. Like every other website, during a holiday the app or online ordering won't be available. When my order placed it automatically schedule pickup for the next day at a specific time... That being said I called as soon as I can in the morning "30 mins" after opening and I was given attitude for canceling my order. There should be things in place for canceling order to avoid wasting food and avoiding headaches...
