Very disappointing experience here. I ordered here while on vacation from Uber Eats- whom i reached out to about this- but the order came incorrect and missing items.We ordered two similar sandwiches with two bags of chips and a drink. No chips or drink came and the sandwiches came flipped around. They added ingredients we did not ask for and some ingredients to one sandwich that was meant to be on the other. I had ordered online and had my sandwich delivered to work, I ordered the Jersey Shores Favorite. I did not add Mayo on it and it came plastered with Mayo, I called the store and spoke to a man he then was telling some lady in the store I could here them talking she told him to tell me to bring it back in and she would make me what I wanted if I bring it back in. Love their subs, so delicious and fresh. I eat here once a week. I always get the number 7 turkey and provolone with the bacon that’s so crispy. They have super nice efficient customer service and it’s fast plus super clean. There’s seating inside and out. They also have a rewards system for free subs!

I stopped in for a roast beef sub and asked for it to be dressed “Mike’s Way” and add some pickles. To my surprise it had mayonnaise coated on it. I have eaten at many Jersey Mikes and never had anyone add mayonnaise to a “Mike’s Way” request. I will say the staff were friendly and the store seemed to be very clean.
