It took a half hour to make one of our subs as they must've forgot about it, we let them know as soon as we realized they totally forgot about it, but they proceeded to serve a construction crew of 12 people before starting our sandwhich. One out of the 3 workers was apologetic and said sorry and told us we would be refunded and not charged for all of our meal, which was nice of her.
