Poor attitude and the special is not a special if you know who you come in with. Sign is false advertising. At the cocoa beach location. Not all are the same.

Came in to get a hot sandwich and was told by the rude female employee that they couldn’t make hot sandwiches because they closed in 5 minutes and had already shut down the ovens. I worked at Subway and we were not allowed to shut down ovens or toasters before closing; that would’ve been a fireable offense. We left and will not be returning to this location in the future.

The food tasted so stale. The meat and mushrooms were gross and that's my usual to go. The fountain machine drinks were flat.

We've been going to JM's for years since when they first started in Pt Pleasant, NJ. We order from this store (Cornerstone Plaza) at least once a week since moving to FL. Our last few orders were so disappointing. Where's the meat? They've reduced the ingredients overall, but especially the meat & cheese, which has been almost cut in half! Sandwiches used to be worth the price - but not recently. They're going down hill. What a shame, as this was our "go to" sandwich shop.

First time eating at this location, my sub was delicious, service was great. Everyone working was friendly, service was fast.
