The food tasted so stale. The meat and mushrooms were gross and that's my usual to go. The fountain machine drinks were flat.

We've been going to JM's for years since when they first started in Pt Pleasant, NJ. We order from this store (Cornerstone Plaza) at least once a week since moving to FL. Our last few orders were so disappointing. Where's the meat? They've reduced the ingredients overall, but especially the meat & cheese, which has been almost cut in half! Sandwiches used to be worth the price - but not recently. They're going down hill. What a shame, as this was our "go to" sandwich shop.

First time eating at this location, my sub was delicious, service was great. Everyone working was friendly, service was fast.

Not only did they get our order wrong and forget meat that was supposed to be on the sandwich, the customer service at this location is down right awful. The attitude of the employees makes me never want to come back. This was my first time ordering something different and the employee was talking to me with the worst attitude possible and made me feel like an idiot when I truly have never ordered this before and wasn’t sure what she was really asking.
