Went in for a quick sub, got served attitude instead. Little blonde girl with cornrow braids behind the counter—couldn’t hear a word she mumbled, asked her to speak up, and she just rolled her eyes like we were the problem. Zero patience, zero smile, zero stars! Food was fine, but who wants to eat after that? Management, train your staff before they scare off every customer. Never again.
The sub was just ok. One of the 3 people waiting on us was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The other two were trying to just ignore her and us...heads down. I should have just walked out the door as soon as she opened her mouth....my bad! Never going to another Jersey Mike's again if they can't find anyone to manage a store better!
Wow don't know where to start this got to be the worst jersey mikes I been to rude girls over charge me messed up our 50.00 order tipped good will not step foot in that location I love jersey mikes subs been eating them since I was a kid but rude staff just is going to ruin that location tryed to call the location about my messed up order just c Keep hanging up on me every time just bad staff hang up on a customer is uncalled for will not easy my time going back what a shame .
I came into this Jersey Mike’s with my 11 year old daughter and immediately felt like we were an inconvenience. Both employees behind the counter appeared visibly annoyed from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, just a blunt “what can I get you?” I tried to overlook the attitude at first, assuming maybe they were having a rough moment.
