Don't go to this location if you have celiac disease. She pretty much laughed in my face and said the whole place is gluten., Umm no it's not. Every Jersey Mike's I have gone to has accommodated my illness. They have a knife dedicated to the gluten free bread.. They clean the surfaces and the slicer, and change their gloves. This location closes at 9:00 PM. On my way to work, I stopped in around 8:50 PM to pick up lunch. When I entered, there were two employees behind the counter and only one other customer in the store. One employee was finishing that customer’s order while the other was already cleaning the grill. After the customer was cashed out, the employee returned to the counter to assist me.
