I was very disappointed with the Giant Chicken Philly I shared with my husband. The chicken was a very stingy portion and it was dry. I hadn’t been to Jersey Mike’s in a long time. The product quality has definitely declined and I did not perceive value for the price I paid.
Went to the Canton location and ordered 5 subs. The people working today were very rude. We enjoy our subs a certain way and we're told that's not Mikes way and I'm not putting mayonnaise on it. First, I'm the damn customer, spending 60-70 dollars on subs. Second, I will have my food how I like to eat it. It is not the business of employees to decide how I choose to have my sub. 3rd, we will not be returning to Jershey Mike's. What a shitty experience.

Sorry I usually have good things to say about this place. But it looks like the good sandwich maker are gone . I just spent over 60.00 dollars on sandwiches to have them all wrong . A BLT that had no lettuce or tomatoes . Just a little cheese and a ton of bacon . I got two hot sandwiches with some extras and that never made it on the sandwich. I don’t like to complain to much but this isn’t the first time . I know you can see they make your sandwich most of the time but these guys were all over the place .
I don’t post often, but I had to today. My daughter and I, who has celiac disease went to Jersey Mike’s on Riverstone in canton Ga. And ran into Caden. She had udi’s gluten-free bun, which was excellent. However, I do have to tell you that anybody who has celiac disease or gluten intolerance. This is the place to go. When I told them my daughter had celiac disease. Caden said not a problem. I’ll wipe down my equipment and everything he was going to do. He told me to keep it safe for her.
