Very disappointing experience. I stood there for several minutes without anyone acknowledging me while employees walked right past me. When I was finally helped, I still didn’t feel welcomed. I left feeling like I was treated differently because I’m Black. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged and treated with respect. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALIVE! Huge shoutout to the young man working at Jersey Mike’s off of Riverstone-Reinhardt for bringing me another drink outside when I accidentally dropped mine in the parking lot after strapping my 2 year old into his car seat while 8 months pregnant. I called from the parking lot, they answered on the 1st ring with several customers inside. No way I was going to undo my son, waddle back inside and then fight to put him back in his seat. Y’all go support them! =)
I was very disappointed with the Giant Chicken Philly I shared with my husband. The chicken was a very stingy portion and it was dry. I hadn’t been to Jersey Mike’s in a long time. The product quality has definitely declined and I did not perceive value for the price I paid.
