Agree that this place has gone down the tubes. The store is disgusting. The sandwiches are subpar. I’ll never eat here again.

These guys are getting slammed and they have not slipped in their professionalism, food safety or positive attitude! Kudos to the team working tonight 3/20 @ 1828
Lazy uninspired staff, could not keep my Tuna fish order straight. I repeated my preferences three times. The bread was cut so unevenly there was a sliver of of bread on one side and 3/4 of the loaf on the other side of the sandwich. Usually a great shop… something has changed… for the worse.
Very fast with a big group of people!
