Ordered a chicken cheesesteak with onions, mushrooms (NO peppers) provolone cheese, and a roast beef sub (#6). The man taking orders had to repeat my order 5 times. When I got home, the cheesesteak was loaded with peppers, no mushrooms and american cheese. The RB sub was diluted with "mike's way", leaving it quite soggy and barely had any meat on the sandwich. Workers were very friendly here and even helped with directions to a place nearby. They didn't have an attitude of I don't know and don't care like I see at a lot of places. Great employees here.
Had the "#2 Bundle, it was great and so was the price! 😉 Service was INCREDIBLE! What a great team! There was one girl I believed to be the manager, I'm not sure if her name was Emily or Lacey, but she was great! There was an issue with the app, so my order was delayed but even with that it was still some of the fastest service I've had at a Jersey Mike's! I placed my order through the app before 5 PM and arrived a few minutes after my scheduled pickup time. I was told it would “just be a minute,” yet walk-in customers and smaller pickup orders were repeatedly prioritized over mine. I ended up waiting an entire hour for my order to be made. This store is not adequately staffed to handle the volume of orders it accepts. I will not be returning, or at the very least, I will not be using the app again, as ordering ahead serves no purpose here.
