Very rude over the phone placed an order and they messed up my entire sandwich. Very messy and sloppy
There were 3 people working I want to say their names were Mitch, Josh and Malcom. There was even one person off the clock who who helped me decide what to get I think his name was Jermey. They were all so helpful I got my sub fast they didn't waste single minute getting me my food. The sub was also well made.
Had a problem here with my order about a month ago. I got frustrated but ultimately the owner fixed it and I couldn’t be anymore pleased because this is my go to location. The subs are always full and delicious. Thank you for going the extra mile to make it right.
Go in 25 minutes before close for one sandwich with 4 workers doing absolutely nothing , and literally the look of death on all their faces with not one word of welcome , instead using every single ounce of energy and non verbal communication to let it be known how much of a bother we are . Putting on gloves as slow as possible .
