Had a problem here with my order about a month ago. I got frustrated but ultimately the owner fixed it and I couldn’t be anymore pleased because this is my go to location. The subs are always full and delicious. Thank you for going the extra mile to make it right.
Go in 25 minutes before close for one sandwich with 4 workers doing absolutely nothing , and literally the look of death on all their faces with not one word of welcome , instead using every single ounce of energy and non verbal communication to let it be known how much of a bother we are . Putting on gloves as slow as possible . Went in to order subs for a family of 5. Employee or manager acted like I was an inconvenience because he had to get up from his computer at one of the eat in tables then proceeded to have an attitude with me over the order method, then messed up the bread (I didn’t catch it because he cut them with his back to me and placed them upside down) on one of my kids sandwiches.
