This was our first visit to Jersey Mike's and I ordered the original Italian Sandwich. Unfortunately, the flavor was underwhelming. I told the staff that the sandwich was not very good and asked if I could get something different instead. They said the only way I could get a different sandwich was to buy one and offered to put more condiments on the sandwich. I'm super disappointed that Jersey Mike's is not concerned with customer satisfaction. I definitely will not be back.

Just had words with the manager two sandwiches before me were made wrong. Customers complained. Then they lost my sandwich and I commented what’s going on today. Your manager tells his customer I don’t care for your comment. I said shove it. He through my sandwich out and told me to get out that me me nuts. How dare he. I eat there all the time. I will never go back. And I’m telling my family and friends as well. Shame on u guys

This Jersey Mikes in Hershey has officially made me never want subway again The ingredients are ACTUALLY fresh here! The extremely pleasant staff just makes the experience that much better. I decided to try the cheesesteak the way it traditionally comes and it was delicious. In the future I might try adding marina or some sauce but it was still great as is. I also appreciate all the work they’re doing for charities and I’m thrilled we have one of these shops in our community!
