As a born and raised NY'r living in Maine the past 13 years , food has been rough. Especially Italian subs as the common Maine version is disgusting . Thankfully Jersey Mike's are around, ordered from the app for the Windham location, the girls behind the counter were all smiles, had it waiting for me and they made it just as I asked.... Gonna be my new Friday night stop!
The sandwiches were ok, but definitely not worth $23 for 2 small sandwiches. The person who adds the toppings is also cashing out customers, but doesn't change gloves after handling money. We had a coupon for buy one sandwich get one free, which doesn't expire until 10/31. They are no longer honoring the coupon (even though it hadn’t expired yet, WHY??.). This is probably my last time that I will go to this location.
Message to the owner. Your business is understaffed. That said, your employees are courteous and hard working but they need help as it's impossible for them to fill orders in the time quoted on the app. I buy food from Jersey Mike's all over the country and this is the first time I've been disappointed. The wait was so bad I almost left without my food.
The people working there consistently don’t put certain extra ingredients I’ve asked for.
A worker named Dylan gave excellent service, he was fast and very polite.
