I’m writing this review because I arrived at 8:30 PM, and the store’s posted closing time is 9:00 PM. That should have given me a full 30 minutes to place an order, yet the doors were already closed. This is really unacceptable. Customers should be able to rely on the posted business hours, and closing early without notice is frustrating and inconvenient. If I could give zero star I would. Absolutely horrible service got my order wrong then associate had bad attitude ask for a refund because saw 5 customer leave includ9ng a fire dept crew and I was still waiting for 15 minutes. First and last time at this spot. Ridiculous
I had such a wonderful time at this location!! Everyone was so helpful & it was so clean!! I had three gentleman that helped me out at 2/27/2026 around 8pm that were amazing!! ALL OF THEM NEED A RAISE!! I’ll definitely come back 🥰🙂! They treated my mom & I with so much care!
I experienced very rude customer service. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:38 p.m., I got to the restaurant at 7:55 p.m. The young lady was making sandwiches near the pickup area, and my order was not there yet. I asked her if my order was ready, she said it wasn't. I went back to my car to get my phone so I could show her the ready time, and I asked her when it would be ready and she rudely stated that she did not know.
