Great customer service! I got screwed and lied to by DoorDash and the store was able to help me out quickly and make it right even though it wasn’t even their fault ❤️ I appreciate all the help tonight, happy holidays
this location is absolutely stupendous. i often order through Uber Eats with them and the Uber Eats app does not allow me to customize the sandwich to my preferences, however every single time i call to ask if they can make the accommodation over the phone after placing the order, they are always so so so kind and so willing to make the adjustments. you do not find that kind of consistent customer service at a lot of other places, so this is something that should 100% be recognized!!!
My wife and I always get the Club Sub in a Tub. It always is delicious and they are very generous with the portions! Great Jersey Mike’s Location!
I placed a mobile order for the wrong location, showed up to pick it up, and checked the location, noticed it was the wrong location and they had my sandwich made before I was off the phone to cancel my order. By far the best sandwich shop in the area!
