It was very busy but the employees were kind and professional
Just a heads-up for anyone applying at Jersey Mike’s on the west side of Hamilton. They told my boyfriend he had the job, had him fill out the hiring paperwork, and even let him believe he was starting soon. He went out and bought new clothes and shoes for the job. Then suddenly… silence. When he called to check in, the hiring manager was extremely rude and has never once tried to reach out to him again. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing. Extremely racist manager! You messed up my order via DoorDash that I had to then drive to pick up! I’m the one inconvenienced, not you! Received the worst customer service here! Will not be returning but I’m sure that was the purpose in mistreating me. Didn’t get the name, but he has red hair.
