walked in to get my wife’s mobile order. guy acted like he was guarding the federal reserve when i turned a bag to see if it was my wife’s order. “SIR PLEASE! What’s the name?” told him her name, he hands me her order and goes “For future reference, dont touch the bags.” If you guys are so damn worried about people stealing orders, put some glass in front of the pickup area instead of barking at customers lmao. Panda Express across the street has it. Let’s figure it out. 2+2 is 4.

You can't go wrong at Jersey Mike's for any sub they offer. It is all good this is my only go to sub place. Highly recommend. Great staff friendly service

I went in and got a regular sub with chips and a drink with my husband it was almost 30 dollars and the bread was slightly hard on the end but other then that the food was good the employees are very nice and patient it was a little cool in there which felt good from being outside! I have a gluten intolerance and they had gluten free bread and where very safe about cross contamination which I am very thankful for.

Great food, but the value has vanished. I’ve been a loyal Jersey Mike’s fan for years, but I can no longer ignore the drastic drop in value. Since the BlackRock acquisition, the change has finally hit the Hamilton location. While the food still tastes great, the portions have shrunk significantly. Both the "Giant" and "Regular" subs are noticeably smaller than they used to be—roughly 20% less food for the same price. It’s disappointing to see such a reliable spot succumb to lining Blackrock's pocketbook.
