Had the opportunity to go again and it was a wise decision. Nice, clean location. Well-organized. Friendly and professional staff. I ordered the Big Kahuna with steak. Sandwich was freshly made. It was very busy but the employees were kind and professional
Just a heads-up for anyone applying at Jersey Mike’s on the west side of Hamilton. They told my boyfriend he had the job, had him fill out the hiring paperwork, and even let him believe he was starting soon. He went out and bought new clothes and shoes for the job. Then suddenly… silence. When he called to check in, the hiring manager was extremely rude and has never once tried to reach out to him again. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing.
