Simply delicious fresh sandwiches
Poor service from female employees. Comically slow service even when the store is empty
I like to come here when I have coupons. I’ve only been here a handful of times, but I much prefer their sandwiches over other fast food sandwich businesses. I’ve had great service every time I’ve gone. The workers are nice and make my sandwiches fast. I’m a simple Turkey & Provolone gal and it hits every time!
I ordered a chix bacon ranch on Friday 6/27 and took it home to eat around 2pm by 530 started to get a stomachache. And was up all night on the toilet. Did anybody else have any problems with their order that day? Usually, Jersey Mike's is a good place to eat love their sandwiches, but that night, What's the worst? I felt in a long time.
We were excited to try this place for the first time in Flagstaff, but the experience was disappointing. We ordered a hot sub and watched the employee make the entire sandwich without changing his gloves at all. Because of the cross contamination concern, we chose not to eat it and requested a refund. What made it worse was finding out the employee was the manager and there was no apology or concern shown when we brought it up. Food safety should be taken seriously. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
